Dr. Tamara Pridham (Registered Chiropractor)

Since becoming a chiro she had the benefit of assisting people to reach their health goals, whether it be reducing the amount of pain they’re experiencing, or helping them to do everyday activities with less difficulty and improving their quality of life. She believes chiropractic can make a huge difference in a person’s life and it’s rewarding to be a part of that. She values each person who comes to the clinic and she is passionate about providing evidence-based care alongside advice and lifestyle recommendations to prevent future episodes of pain. The clinic is a friendly, caring place where you can feel relaxed and at home. Listening is the key and she base each treatment around the individual’s comfort and preferences.

Dr. Namarta is passionate about delivering individualised chiropractic care to people of all ages, enabling them to take control of their own health. She strongly believes that the incorporation of soft tissue therapies, active care and lifestyle modifications alongside chiropractic care ensures the best possible patient outcomes. She achieved her double degree in Bachelor of Chiropractic Science & Bachelor of Clinical Chiropractic at Murdoch University, Perth. Dr. Namarta utilises a variety of chiropractic techniques including Diversified (manual adjustments), Activator, Drop piece and blocking. She is also fluent in Hindi & Punjabi.

Dr. Itisha graduated with a Doctor of Physiotherapy from Bond University, Gold Coast. Before, she completed a Bachelor and master’s of Physiotherapy (majoring in Orthopaedic) in India. From her education, she has attained a wealth of knowledge and experience in numerous clinical settings including, musculoskeletal, orthopedic, pediatrics, and geriatrics. She is currently in her 12th year of work. Itisha worked in various settings of hospitals, communities, Aged care, and Outpatient. Itisha truly understands the powerful benefits of movement and is always exploring different ways to keep her treatment plans i.e., weekly exercise routine fun, interesting and effective. Her knowledge of exercise is expansive and she is passionate about encouraging regular movement for everybody. She is an advocate for self-management and a big believer in supporting both physical and emotional well-being, knowing that the two go hand in hand. Itisha aims to manage her patients holistically to improve their function, well being and get them back to doing what they love. She stays updated with the latest physiotherapy evidence to provide her patients with evidence-based treatment and empower them through education and exercise prescription. Outside work, Itisha loves to spend time with her family, friends and enjoys gardening.

Dr Serene Teh (Psychologist)

With nearly 20 years of clinical experience in Australia and Singapore, Dr Serene Teh is keen to support individuals, who struggle with interpersonal relationships, emotional difficulties, demands of life, stress, traumas and/or grief over losses. Having worked with highly complex and challenging clients in hospitals (general and psychiatric), correction facilities and the community, Dr Teh tailors treatment to each client’s lifestyle, personality and goal(s). Dr Teh coaches clients to develop personal insight and observation, as well as master useful coping skills. Dr Teh’s treatment style is an eclectic combination of Mindfulness based Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, positive psychology and Gestalt. Further, Dr Teh is trained in the use of clinical hypnosis to empower clients’ recovery journeys. With her Chinese heritage, Dr Teh has first-hand knowledge and experience of the interactive role of Asian culture on one’s wellbeing.
